B Course: The Dragon God (Uda city - Soni village)
Murou-ji Bus Stop == Ryuketsu-jinja Shrine == Unokawabashi Bridge == Kumatawa == Entrance to Saijobo Valley == Soni Yokowa Bus Stop =Kazura Bus Stop
Start from Murou. Further on from Ryuketsu-jinja Shrine, which is located a little way upstream from Murou-ji Temple along the Muro River, you will find the Dragon' s Cave where the Dragon God who rule the rain and the clouds is said to live, enveloping the area in a mystical atmosphere. Keep going along the Tokai Nature Trail and after .Kumatawa, you will come to Saijobo Valley (photo 8·2) where I there is a waterfall with a series of emerald green pools. It is said that mountain ascetics (Shugendo worshippers) used to use this waterfall for religious purification and cleansing the I body. Following this you will reach Kazura Bus Stop with a I view of Mt. Kabuto, which looks exactly like a Kabuto helmet I and Mt. Yoroi, a valiant rocky mountain along the way.
